BIRTHDAY WISH LIST

It’s my birthday on Friday! While having a January birthday isn’t always the most glamorous (cold weather + January brokenness = not the vibe), there’s one major perk: snapping up some absolute bargains in the sales! With shops still madly discounting everything, it’s the perfect excuse to treat myself. Take this gorgeous jumper I spotted on the Boden website. I instantly fell in love with its bold blue and red colour combo, paired with the feminine details on the sleeve and collar. I’d style it for a fabulous lunch date with turn-up denim jeans, this amazing blue coat from Hush, a pair of stunning heels (perfectly designed to sit neatly under the jeans), and the most beautiful beaded heart bag from Anthropologie. How dreamy is that?

The Power of an Interesting Top

While browsing the Next website this week, I noticed a new range of Cath Kidston clothes and fell in love with this beautiful patterned blouse. I say it all the time, but if you can find an interesting top that works for both casual and dressy occasions, it’s a winner. I always keep an eye out for them when I’m shopping—they’re such a great addition to any wardrobe. Here, I’ve styled this one in all its girly glory but kept a slightly casual feel by pairing it with jeans.

Heart shoes

I saw this shoes and OMG it was love at first site, Boden is always at a bit of a higher price point, but they almost always design beautiful colourful clothes that feel a bit more special that what else you see on the high street and this is the perfect example. These shoes feel like they would just be the ‘wow’ factor on any outfit that you wear with them.

Jacket of Dreams

I often set alerts for clothes I fall in love with online—it’s the best way to snag them when they (finally!) go on sale. This Damson Madder jacket has been on my wishlist for ages, and now it’s half price in the sale! (Though sizes are running low, so you’ll need to act fast if you’re as smitten as I am.)
